Why most people in ANR do not have lactation in their relationship.
The first thing people think of when they hear adult breastfeeding or adult nursing is lactating breasts. To put it bluntly. IT'S NOT about lactating breasts.
Adult breastfeeding and adult nursing are primarily search terms used to help people find others or help on the common interest of "oral breast stimulation" for one reason or another. Primarily as a form of intimacy. But can also be for health reasons, fetish or some fantasies.

• Money. For most it cost nothing. But for some if can cost several hundreds of dollars.
• Lack of interest from one or both. This seems to be the most common reason.
• Can be vary painful for the first couple months. A lot women give up before the breast have had time to adjust. It is also a key reason a lot of mothers stop breastfeeding their newborns and switch to formula.
